Marian offers group mat classes with a personal approach that will maximise your potential. Class sizes are kept small (less than 10 participants) guaranteeing personal attention to each student.
Classes run on a weekly basis from September to June. There are many day and evening classes catering for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
On-site Pilates classes, are available at your place of work or at your own venue. The session time is exclusive to your company or group. Marian provides all of the equipment needed for the classes.
Private one-to-one sessions are available, this one hour class works on a one to one basis. Marian will design a balanced programme for your body. This will involve both mat and equipment based exercises.
