Inisheer Pilates Weekend Schedule

Friday evening

 

 

  • Welcome and registration. Meet your Instructor for the weekend.
  • Introductory Pilates workshop and guided Relaxation/Visualisation session.
  • Dinner at the Fisherman's Cottage Café.

Saturday morning

 

  • Breakfast, followed by Pilates and an optional guided relaxation/visualisation session.

 

Saturday afternoon

 

  • Light lunch followed by free time to explore Inisheer island

 

Saturday late-afternoon

 

  • Pilates with an optional relaxation/ visualisation session.

 

Saturday evening

 

  • Dinner at the Fisherman's Cottage Café.
  • Followed by a trip to ‘Tig Ned's' for some traditional music and craic!

Sunday morning

 

  • Breakfast followed by a final Pilates session and optional guided relaxation/ visualisation session.
