What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing and socks - e.g. leggings, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts, sweatshirts and comfortable socks.
What do I need to bring to a class?
A large towel and a bottle of water.
Do I need to bring a mat?
No. Mats and all other equipment used in the classes are provided.
How should I prepare for a class?
It is best not to eat a large meal up to 2 hours before the class.
Will I feel tired after the class?
Pilates is a very relaxing practice. In general, people attending morning classes report feeling energised and those attending evening classes report having a wonderful nights sleep following the class.
